Schedules and Q&A

Hello Parents & Guardians!

As we move forward with our At Home Learning, here are new conference schedules for teachers. Starting Monday, March 23 will each be available for students during a 2 hour block each day. Please see each teacher’s schedule below.

Castle - MWF 1:00 - 3:00; T/Th 2:00 - 4:00

Hightower - M-F 8:00 - 10:00

Jenkins - M-Th 10:00 - 12:00; F - 8:00 - 10:00

Molix - M-F 9:00 - 10:00 and 2:00 - 3:00 

If you would like to set up a meeting outside of the above office hours, please email so we can schedule this with you.

We will also be posting our condensed snapshots for each subject so you will be able to see what topics we are covering throughout these next two weeks.

Please feel free to let us know any questions or concerns you may have. We will do our best to find the answers to your questions if we do not know the answers ourselves. We will compile questions, concerns, and answers in to this Questions & Concerns Spreadsheet so others can see the same information.

Remind Groups

Hello Parents & Guardians!

Please be sure that you join each Remind for all of your child's teachers. Each teacher will be sending updates for their content area, so we want to make sure you aren't missing anything. That information was sent out in a Skyward email Thursday afternoon.

We will push out information about our Parent Communication hub through Skyward emails and Remind messages Friday after hearing back on our Google Classroom status. In the event we are unable to make that work, we will let you know what the new plan is.

Digital Learning Parent Communication Info

Hello Parents & Guardians! 

We are looking into why some parent emails are being allowed into our Parent Google Classroom and others are not. I have an online meeting with the technology team tomorrow morning, and we should know more then. 

In the meantime, please see updates that were added so you can stay in the loop. We will give more information on how to move forward and whether or not we will be able to use Google Classroom as a Parent Hub during our e-learning.

Again, we can't thank you enough for being so patient with us as we work out all of the kinks in getting our online learning platforms and communications ready for to teach remotely. Thank you so much for all you have provided and are continuing to provide! We appreciate you!
