Last week in science we started our animal unit! I think it may be my second favorite science unit that we do! We pent all week talking about different animals, where they live, what their bodies look like and what they eat. Then, we compare them to each other and found that some of them are really similar and some of them are really different!
Wednesday, the kids drew pictures of an animal and we sorted them by skin coverings and habitats.
Thursday, the kids drew pictures of their favorite animals and the habitats that those animals live in.
Friday, the kids drew one land animal and one water animal in their habitats.
