Last week math and reading/writing stations were Hanukkah themed. In math we focused a lot on addition and combining sets of objects. In reading/writing the kids wrote about Hanukkah and different things we talked about and learned about and how it was similar or different to how they celebrate in the December. They also practiced finding sight words, putting words in alphabetical order and matching word families.
