With this being Valentine's week, the kids did different stations that had to do with Valentine's Day all week! They copied poems, made hand print hearts, matched beginning and ending sounds, found missing parts of the alphabet, made heart people, decorated Valentine's bags, decoded mystery sentences and played a game of I Have, Who Has!

Lovely Numbers!
This week was Valentine's Week! So in math, the kids' stations were all Valentine themed. At my table this week, the kids practiced writing their numbers from 0 to 30.
At one station this week, the kids graphed conversation hearts. They each got their own box of conversation hearts and graphed whatever colors they had in their boxes.
At another station this week, the kids did a color by number to show a hidden heart picture.
At their last, the kids matched together broken hearts and wrote their addition problem, then found the sum!
