This week in science we talked about ways we could help our environment through reducing, reusing and recycling.
Monday we ... looked at our Science book and made some lists! I know you thought we watched a BrainPOP, but nope! We talked about the three R's and what each one of them means. We wrote the definitions for the 3 R's and listed a couple things in each one that applied.
Tuesday, we reviewed our lists and added some more things to them.
Thursday, we did a reduce, reuse, recycle sort where the kids put pictures of different items under the flaps where they thought they went.
Friday, the kids sorted pictures into things that could be recycled and things that we do not recycle.
