Monday, we watched our BrainPOP on the life cycle of a plant. After our BrainPOP, we took our quiz, read the comic strip, tried to figure out the joke, and played the game that went along with the video. This week's game went perfectly with what we were doing in our science journal next!
Once we finished playing our game a couple times, the kids got out their science journals and cut out pictures to place in order showing the life cycle of a plant.
Tuesday we stayed outside a little longer after recess to look at a dandelion and see where the seeds were and how they float off in the wind to get carried to other places and start new flowers. We brought some seeds into our room and planted them, but a couple of the cups got knocked over.
